In a 24 hour day she does more than most do in a week and does it all with a radiant smile on her face.
She attended GSU because growing up in Cordele our southern hottie knew she wanted a taste of the big city but still some of the small town appeal of her youth. Atlanta was a perfect fit for Cara so she stayed her post college which lead to the fate filled night where she met her amazing husband Jay at a dinner party. The dynamic duo were drawn to each other instantly and ended up dancing the night away at Claremont lounge. They have been inseparable ever since. Their picture perfect romance led to 4 wonderful children and thousands of wonderful stories they continue to create daily.
A gifted athlete, this fitness queen took her love of exercise to the next degree working as a FlyWheel master instructor, TRX trainer & Pilates instructor. Through the years she dreamed of building a fitness community in a space she could provide an inclusive, friendly and encouraging environment for all types of people. Well dreams do come true…Cara opened PACE Atlanta studio in November to her long awaited followers and it’s becoming one of the ATL’s top boutique studios quickly!
